Manufacturers Warranty

Warranty: Volant products are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year. Liability is limited to replacement of defective items only. Responsibility for Vehicle abuse or misapplication will not be accepted. No other warranty is either expressed or implied.

Covered By Warranty: The original purchaser of Volant Products Who has returned a warranty registration form filled out properly to Volant within 30 days of purchase and a receipt of purchase.

Warranty Void:

Incorrect Use: Any abused, damaged or modified Volant product will not be warranted. No Warranty Registration form on file: Purchaser must send in warranty form properly completed to Volant within 30 days of purchase.

Extent of Warranty: Any defective Volant Product properly registered and returned to Volant will be replaced by Volant. Returned Volant Product for warranty exchange must be sent at customer's expense. Volant Reserves the right to determine whether the terms of the warranty has been complied with. In the event that the terms are not complied with, Volant is under no obligation to honor the above warranty.
